Prior Customer Feedback...

This was my first RAGBRAI and my first tour ride and I couldn't have asked for a more awesome experience. Your charter service and crew took that experience and sent it over the top and I wouldn't change a thing. Thank-you for the opportunity to be apart of your service and I'm looking forward to 2008!

Your bike transport was the best I have ever seen (I have ridden long tours in 4 other states). I also thought you did an excellent job of obtaining shady, roomy campsites with convenient access to showers and the waterparks were a totally unexpected treat!! The canopies were a real pleasure and definitely lent to the camraderie so often missing when bikers set up their tents at the end of a long hot day.

I definitely plan on riding with you again in 2008. You are the absolute best charter! Thanks again for EVERYTHING!

As a first time RAGBRAI rider, I couldn't have been more pleased with your service. The price was right, the service was excellent, the campsites were good, and you and your family were very accomodating hosts.  I especially enjoyed having the pavillions set up when we returned each day with cold "refreshments" on ice.   Thank you for a great week.

I was extremely happy with Brancel Charters and the service (always with good humor and a smile) was outstanding. Thanks for all you did to make a wonderful lifelong memory for me.

Thanks for everything. I have been with you 5 years now and this year was the best. You have really fine tuned the whole experience. I really enjoyed the whole week. Every campsite you chose couldn't have been better. We were close to everything... including the porta-potties! The peanuts under the tents were just the right touch.   Thanks again. Everything was perfect.

Bike route - the care you guys take to map the bike route into camp for us each night (so I don't wonder aimlessly around in the heat after a long day of riding) is greatly appreciated!

Maps & Community Activities - not only have you checked out the communities before RAGBRAI to determine the best spot for camping and convenient location to the showers, BUT that you also have a map posted, in camp for our convenience, that indicates where everything is and what is going on in our host community! How awesome is that!!

Tent/canopies, chairs, town papers and stocked coolers are ready and waiting for my arrival each day in every host town. All this just so I can sit my tired behind down, reminisce with my friends about the day, and read the town paper to decide what I am going to do for the evening! Wha whooie, how cool is that!
